Who’s Got Talent
THE SEARCH IS ON.
All ages. All talents. One competition.
Who’s Got Talent? is LSPA’s community-wide live performing arts competition, created to discover incredible talent, bring new performers and audiences through our doors, and build an exciting new annual Signature Series tradition. Singers, musicians, dancers, comedians, magicians, spoken-word artists, bands, variety acts, novelty performers, and other approved live performance talents are invited to step up and show us what they’ve got.
Who Can Enter?
Who’s Got Talent? is open to all ages and a wide variety of live performing arts.
Eligible acts may include singing, instrumental performance, dance, comedy, magic, spoken word, bands, variety acts, novelty performances, and other talents that can be performed live onstage. Both solo performers and groups are welcome.
How It Works
1. Open Call, Send Us Your Talent
- The competition begins with an open call for video submissions.
- Contestants submit a video showing the talent or act they hope to bring to the LSPA stage. Your video does not need to be professionally produced; we are looking at the talent, not your camera work.
2. The Live Callback
- Selected performers will be invited to an exclusive live callback at LSPA.
- Up to 40 acts will take the stage for a 90-second live showcase, giving our selection panel the opportunity to see how each act translates from video to a live performance.
- Then comes the first big cut. Up to the top 24 will be selected based on talent, variety, entertainment value, stage feasibility, and the strength of the overall semifinal lineup.
3. The Top 24 Take the Stage
- Up to 24 acts become the official semifinalists and are divided between two live, ticketed semifinal shows.
- From this point forward, the competition moves in front of a public audience and an official judging panel.
- Every act is part of the same competition pool, no matter which semifinal they perform in.
4. The Semifinals
- Up to the top 24 compete live for a place in the Grand Finale.
- Official judges score the performances, and up to 12 acts will advance.
- Then the competition resets.
- No semifinal score carries into the finale. Every finalist enters the last round with a clean slate and one more chance to win it all.
5. The Grand Finale
All ages. All talents. One competition. One stage. One final question.
WHO’S GOT TALENT?
- The finalists return for one final live performance in the Who’s Got Talent? Grand Finale.
- Official judges will determine Grand Prize, Second, and Third Place, while the audience gets a voice of its own with a separate Audience Choice Award.
- Audience Choice does not affect the official competition standings.

More Than a Talent Show
Who’s Got Talent? is designed to feel like a true live competition from the first Open Call through the Grand Finale.
Big performances. Live judges. Real stakes. Audience energy. Finalists. Awards.
Most importantly, it is a chance to celebrate the incredible talent already living in our community and give performers of different ages and disciplines a stage to share it.
