Welcome to the Lafayette Society for Performing Arts Theatre Department!

At the heart of our organization lies the Lafayette Theatre Academy (LTA), dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where students of all ages can explore their individuality and creativity. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, we equip our students with the skills and knowledge essential for success across various facets of the theatrical arts. Our commitment extends beyond the stage, as we strive to enrich our students socially, academically, and professionally.

Complementing the LTA is the Lafayette Theatre Company (LTC), a vibrant hub of local talent dedicated to producing high-quality performances since 2001. Our mission is to not only entertain but also to stimulate artistic growth, promote arts awareness, and enrich the cultural landscape of LaGrange, Greater West Georgia, and East Alabama communities.

Together, under the umbrella of the Lafayette Society for Performing Arts (LSPA), we continuously develop opportunities for our students to showcase their training through academy productions and collaborations with other performing arts organizations.
