Ryan has been a member of the LaGrange community since the winter of 1989. He graduated with honors from LaGrange High School and went on to earn his B.A. in Theatre Arts from LaGrange College.
After graduation Ryan worked professionally for ten years as an actor, Technical Director, and a Fight Choreographer in regional theaters in New Hampshire and Atlanta. He taught technical theatre and design for 2 years at a performing arts high school in Mableton, GA, and for the last ten years has been working professionally for Georgia Production Services, Hammock Audio Services, and Michael Riotto Designs out of New York. He also had the privilege of being directly involved with two independent films (Circle on the Cross and Holden On) shot locally here in LaGrange.
Ryan is one of eight founding members of LSPA’s Theatre Advisory Committee. He has been involved with the Lafayette Theatre Company as a Director, Designer, and Actor since 2006.
